PT Kerja Lebih Pintar ("we") is committed to protecting and respecting the personal data of users of our AI SaaS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) of Indonesia.
Types of data we process
We only process the data required to operate our customer-process automation service, namely:
Client account identity: name, business email address, contact number, and company information.
Third-party integration data: customer phone numbers and the text messages processed through the WhatsApp Cloud API integration (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
Purpose of processing
All personal data is processed purely to provide the AI-based automation service, manage monthly subscription accounts, and improve the quality of system interactions.
We do not manage, process, or hold customer or user funds.
International data transfer
To perform automation via the WhatsApp Cloud API, message data is forwarded to server infrastructure owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. outside Indonesia.
By using our service, you give explicit consent to this cross-border data transfer for the operational continuity of the system.
Data deletion rights
Users and clients may request deletion of their personal data and WhatsApp integration history from our systems at any time.
To request deletion, send a written request by email to halo@sigap.ai with the subject "Permohonan Penghapusan Data".
Our team will process and delete your data from our systems within a maximum of 3x24 working hours.
